Who was Spencer Webb?

Spencer Webb was an American college football player from Sacramento, California.

After graduating from his hometown’s Christian Brothers High School, he enrolled at the University of Oregon.

While attending college, he continued his football career and earned a position on the school’s Oregon Ducks.
